THE ART OF CREATING YOUR LIFE WITH GRACE HULL

We were lucky enough to spend five minutes with the beautiful Grace Hull from Grace Hull Mindset Education. Anyone who knows Grace knows she’s a ray of sunshine in human form – she has a heart of gold and offers some seriously kick-ass self-development workshops. Below, Grace tells us a little about how she got started on her journey as a mindset education teacher and the exciting things she has coming up in the future.

Tell us a little about Grace Hull Mindset Education?

Grace Hull Mindset Education is a space for learning, sharing and growth. With a background as a professional learning designer for universities, I decided to turn this skill towards my passion; self-development by way of getting to know your ‘self’. Within this space I run groups, workshops and online courses with the intent of teaching people how to build a relationship with ‘self’.

Why did you start your small business?

I started my small business as a way to share what I have learned over the course of my journey. I came to recognise that few were actually doing this work and upon talking to them about why, one of the reasons mentioned was that they had no idea where to begin. Starting the journey can be overwhelming with so many different resources available, I wanted to be able to be an entry point for people to get started.

What has been your most memorable moment to date?

Oh so many! I think the best part of this work is the beautiful people that I have had the pleasure of getting to know. There are just so many amazing people out there doing amazing things. They have taught me so much.

What do you have planned for the future?

I am currently in the process of finalising my online course, Aware: The Art of Creating Your Life – it’s a self-paced introduction to self-development, launching in July. Alongside getting this online, I’m also creating a new series of workshops based more in the embodiment of self. The first phase is about coming to know and understand what ‘self’ is, and the next is about going within, connecting with, feeling and coming home to ‘self’.

If you could give someone one piece of advice about starting a small business, what would it be?

My advice would be to just get started in some small way. You are so much more capable than you know. The fear will never be completely gone – learn to walk alongside it rather than being squashed by it.
