Magazine Purchase Terms & Conditions 

Shipping 
All orders for FOUND Regional are shipped via Australia Post. In Armidale and surrounding areas orders may be hand delivered. 

Readers in Australia should allow 5 to 10 business days for their magazine to arrive. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for the successful delivery of the magazine. If you would like to add tracking to your order, please contact us on subscriptions@foundregional.com.au

We are not responsible for any delays in receiving your order after it’s been posted. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination. 

Incorrect addresses
The Found Media Group cannot take responsibility for orders where the customer has entered an address incorrectly. If you have entered an address incorrectly, or the magazine has been returned to us as undeliverable, you will bear the cost of re-posting. 

Subscriptions
Subscriptions run for a set period and payment is required in full before the subscription period begins. Subscriptions can be cancelled, but no refunds will be given. In the case of a recurring annual subscription, this will need to be cancelled in writing one week before renewal. 

Refund policy 
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for magazines.

Our calendar of events, and places to visit – FOUND X FOUND – is for informational purposes only. We endeavour for the information published to be correct at the time of publication, however we cannot guarantee about this. FOUND Regional accepts no responsibility for events going ahead, stores to be open or the quality of food served, or anything else linked to the information provided. Before you make any plans, please check with event organisers, or owners of the businesses mentioned. We cannot accept any liability regarding actions you take as a consequence of reading information on this website.
