In 1904, a second floor was added to the hotel and the name changed to The Commercial Hotel. The history, character and charm of this pub create a vibrant atmosphere, inviting patrons to step back in time while enjoying modern comforts and hospitality.

While the pub is a popular gathering place for locals, you’ll also find travellers from near and far, many of whom have made the trip especially to dine at the restaurant. Boasting a delicious menu complete with pub favourites such as Chicken Parmigiana and Bangers and Mash, you’ll also find dishes that embrace innovative flavours and sidestep tradition such as the Thai BBQ Salad, Macadamia, Honey & Apple Crusted Pork, or Fig & Brie Garlic Roasted Chicken. YUM!
